On any given day on the highways and streets of Houston, there are motor vehicle collisions. People call them car “accidents,” but the truth is that these are no accidents. Why? These may be quick decisions, but they are decisions nonetheless. Other times, drivers make even more dangerous decisions–to drive while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol, for example. These decisions, as we all know and a are tragically reminded about frequently in Houston, are deadly.
