I was referred to the De La Garza group by friends and family relations before I even knew that I would have need of any representation, mine was a simple accident, in my mind, I expected no major problems, of any kind, in dealing with it. My attitude in life has always been to pick myself up and keep going. Don’t blame, don’t complain, just pick yourself up, and keep going. It has always worked for me, just keep going. That’s what I thought, and yet, I haven’t really picked myself up and kept going. The injuries I received have dragged me down, and held me back. Yes, I’m stubbornly trying to keep myself going, but I’m neglecting my care and recovery by trying to do it on my own. I neglected my responsibility to fully recognize my injuries and to fully seek the treatments that I needed and to keep a record of the cause and effect of those injuries.
